Notes |
The script of this MS (which contains a long anonymous collection of medical recipes) presents strong insular features (note the use of insular g throughout), and it is probably on account of this factor that Bischoff (Kat. §4621) tentatively placed its writing 'near Brittany' (although it is not clear why he did not opt for an origin in Brittany itself). |
