Connection with Brittany
Notes

Deuffic (PMSB 305, §61) argues that this MS is 'sans doute d'origine bretonne', and that it contains at p. 129 astrological drawings similar to those in Paris, BnF, NAL 1616. In fact, this is simply a copy of the 'Apuleian Sphere', a prognostic text found in numerous Early Medieval witnesses, some of which were written and/or preserved at Fleury (cf. Juste 2004: 113, n. 40). I am not aware of any specific evidence associating the second codicological unit of Orléans 276 with Brittany, and it seems more likely that this MS was rather written at Fleury in the (late?) eleventh century.
